Discovery
First, we schedule a discovery call with an Accounting Specialist to introduce ourselves and chat with you so we can learn about how your business operates and what aspects of your current accounting process is working and what challenges you are currently handling that you would like to come off your to-do list. We’ll want to get a handle on how you currently manage your accounting including invoicing clients, paying vendors, tracking employee time and expenses, and tax compliance. We’ll discuss if there are any lender loans, financial covenants, investors, and equity-based compensation. Based on our discovery call, we’ll determine if we are good fit and if we are the right solution for your organization. If it’s a good match we will schedule a proposal meeting to discuss the services that would be best for your business.
Proposal
Next, we design a plan with all-inclusive pricing based upon the services that are best for your business. We will schedule a virtual meeting to discuss the proposal and answer any questions you may have. Upon your review and acceptance of the proposal, our team will send you an engagement letter for your review and e-signature.
Partnering
Finally, we’ll partner with you to implement your application ecosystem and develop a mutually agreeable workflow. This includes access to your Accounting Specialist and other key team members for questions and a monthly-close meeting to discuss your monthly financial reporting package.
